Helen Deng is an Intellectual Property Lawyer and Patent and Trade Mark Attorney in Australia. Before being qualified as a solicitor and practicing law in Australia, Helen completed a PhD degree in Materials Science and Engineering at University of New South Wales (UNSW) majoring in Biomaterials and Ceramics, a Master degree and a Bachelor degree in Materials Science and Engineering majoring in Metals. Helen also completed a Master of Intellectual Property Law at University of Technology Sydney.

Helen specialises in patent and trade mark infringement proceedings, trade mark and patent oppositions, validity and infringement opinions, full scope of patent and trade mark related services to Australian innovators and international clients operating in competitive commercial environments, including preparation, prosecution, examination response for patent and trade mark application and IP portfolio management.
