Blake Williamson

Blake Williamson is a NSW Supreme Court Solicitor and Intellectual Property lawyer in Australia. After completing a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University, he completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with a boutique legal practice in Canberra.

Blake specialises in commercial contract drafting, consumer law, civil litigation and trade mark law. He has extensive experience working with businesses at all stages of their development, including startup companies, who are seeking to ensure they are legally compliant and sufficiently protected through their contracts and terms and conditions. Blake is also experienced in dispute resolution and has represented clients in litigious cases at the Supreme Court of NSW, and the Federal Court of Australia.
